This Week, Put Yourself First

It’s Monday — a fresh start, a new opportunity, a blank page.

This week, I want you to write yourself into the story first.

Too often, we pour into others while leaving ourselves empty. We show up for family, friends, work, and responsibilities — yet forget to show up for ourselves. But here’s the truth: putting yourself first isn’t selfish — it’s survival.

You can’t give your best to the world if you’re running on fumes.

This week, give yourself permission to:

Say no without guilt.

Rest without explanation.

Choose peace over pressure.

Prioritize your healing, your happiness, and your heart.


You deserve to be at the top of your own list — not just on Mondays, but every day. Whether it’s 5 minutes of silence, a walk outside, journaling your feelings, or simply choosing not to answer that draining call — make space for you.

You are worthy of the same love, energy, and attention you give so freely to everyone else.
