The holidays are a joyful and happy time for the world. Though this is true for some people, it is a struggle and a reminder of people they have lost. For some people, it is a reminder of the financial strain they deal with daily.
Christmas is my favorite holiday. I enjoy the food and the holiday vibes this time of year. It’s hard to see less fortunate people trying to navigate the struggles they are facing during the holidays. It is easy to forget that any of us can face hardship and judge others.
During this season, it is great to be a blessing to someone. You don’t have to go overboard with it. You can tip extra when you go out to eat. You can give to a food drive or a toy drive. You can also donate to a nonprofit or local charity. We all can try to be the blessing we want to see in the world and in our community. We can do it all year around, but especially during the holidays.
As we embark on Christmas 2024 may we reflect on another year almost gone. May this holiday season be filled with blessings and happiness. We are blessed each day we open our eyes. We are blessed to make it through another year. There are years that are harder than others and may bring a lot of struggles. God has a way of making each of us strong enough to endure it all.
Another thing to remember is that Jesus is the reason for the season. He came into the world for the lost, sick, and those who were bound spiritually and physically. As we celebrate the end of a year and the beginning of a new one may we remember Jesus. He came into the world to pay it all.
Merry Christmas to all my followers. May your new year be blessed and bright. 🎄 🎉 🎊
