God’s Grace is Sufficient

“And He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me” (2 Corinthians 12:9).

When we are without strength and look to the Lord, He provides power by His grace to strengthen us.  There are times in our lives when we may wonder where God is but it’s his grace that sustains us when we face challenges in life.

God’s favor is upon us through grace. God works in us when we become saved through the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our comforter there to minister to us in times of trouble. It is His inner spirit dwelling in us.

God’s grace equips us to get through times of trouble through God’s divine favor. As we endure the struggles of life we can call on God to divinely work out the things we face.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast” (Ephesians 2:8).

Grace is given through God. He is the foundation and source of salvation and faith is the passage not the cause. God freely saves us. It is not by our own will.

No matter what you go through trust the process God is taking you through. God knows what it takes to mature believers for the call on their life. He knew what it took for Moses to mature to lead the Israelites. He knew what it took for Paul to become the Apostle he was. When Joseph faced betrayal by his family he still lived out his purpose. God’s grace is sufficient.
