Faith Makes the Impossible Happen

“Faith without works is dead” (James 2:17). We need faith to push us past what seems impossible by our natural abilities. There are also things in the natural that must be done as we faithfully and prayerfully wait on God.

An example would be believing for a house, but you have not filled out an application, talked to a realtor or done other necessary steps for God to work with.

Believing for something is one hurdle. The other is asking God, what must be done? God is a living God. He speaks, instructs, guides, directs, shows, and He knows what paths leads to what we desire (Psalm 85).

The impossible is what God is all about. He works in the hard places. He moves where things seem dead or stagnant. One thing about God, His ways are so much higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). He sees a far off. He knows how to strengthen our faith through what seems impossible to us.

Whatever you are waiting for God is able. Do your part and trust that God will always do His. Remember His timing is much different from ours. God is faithful to us and sometimes the process can seem rocky but stay the course.
