Surviving through the Storm

We all have not arrived and sometimes never really know when a storm is approaching. Sometimes we sense a change in our daily lives and other times its like an unseen tornado not found on the weather man’s radar.

No matter how the storms comes you must strive to overcome and not be stuck. It is not a time to grow weary. It is not a time to sit aimlessly by. It is a time to cultivate the little things and appreciate them until the storm passes. “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart” (Galatians 6:9).

Life is full of ups and downs but it is also full of a mighty God. A God that moves mountains. A God that answers prayers in all seasons. He is a present help. “God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1).

No matter how bad the storm rages trust God. Trust him in and out of season. He knows what we need. He still answers prayers and that we will never change.

You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13). No matter how bad the storm, keep focused and keep pressing. Your rainbow is on its way.
